Booking Policy
We’ve outlined our key booking policies below. Should you have any further queries, please feel free to send us an enquiry.
Accommodation Rates
All rates are based on the exclusive use of the property and vary depending on the time of year. Preferential rates may be available for extended stays outside of peak periods. Please note that all properties have minimum stay requirements throughout the year, ranging from 4 to 14 nights during peak seasons.
Booking Deposit
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount and a signed reservation agreement are required. If your arrival date falls within 4–6 weeks of booking, full payment and the signed agreement will be required.
Balance Of Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due 6 weeks before arrival in peak seasons, and 4 weeks before arrival during the rest of the year.
Reservation Agreement
A booking form and indemnity must be completed and signed by the lead guest and returned in order to confirm the reservation.
Security Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit is required for all bookings. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no damages beyond reasonable wear and tear have occurred.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit payments are non-refundable; however, should you need to cancel your booking, we will make every effort to assist in reselling the dates. Should the dates be successfully rebooked, a full refund will be issued accordingly.
If you need to amend your travel dates, we will always do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability, at no fee.
Should you need to cancel but wish to rebook at a later stage we will issue a credit.
Please note the remaining 50% balance received closer to the arrival date is non-refundable. However, should the booking be successfully resold, we will refund the full booking amount paid, less a 10% cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of a shortened stay, any nights that are successfully rebooked will be refunded, less a reasonable administration fee.
Insurance
We advise that our guests take our travel insurance against cancellations and for any serious reasons out of control that may prohibit the guest from traveling.
Seasons
Low season: 01 May – 31 August
Spring: 01 Sept’ – 31 October
High season: 01 November – 31 April
Peak seasons: 10 December – 20 January + Easter
