Villa Nima is a relaxed yet stylish coastal getaway, positioned on the turquoise waters of the eastern coastline of Shelley Point Estate. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views over the bay, with the Cederberg mountains stretching out across the bay in the distance.

The villa’s open-plan living spaces are bathed in natural light and sea views, flowing straight onto a spacious deck where you’ll find a heated splash pool, comfy seating, and an outdoor dining area with a braai—ideal for lazy afternoons and easy evenings by the sea. Dolphins, whales and seals can be seen from the deck and 2 kayaks are available for you to paddle in the bay.

The open-plan living areas comprise a spacious lounge, dining room, and a separate seating nook—perfect for morning tea and a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and complemented by a separate scullery.

All bedrooms are en suite and enjoy sea views, giving everyone their own private space to relax and wake up to the sound of the ocean. There’s also an inverter and battery backup system, so you can enjoy your stay without interruptions.
