Sunset Villa

Sunset Villa is a contemporary, Scandinavian-inspired beachfront retreat located in Shelley Point Estate in St Helena Bay, along South Africa’s West Coast. Set directly on the shoreline of the serene “Little Greece” bay, the villa enjoys crystal-clear waters and a wonderfully peaceful setting.

The villa offers five generously sized en-suite bedrooms. Four are situated on the ground floor, three of which boast uninterrupted sea views. Bedding configurations include one extra-length king bed, two extra-length queen beds, and a fourth bedroom at the rear featuring an extra-length queen bed plus four built-in three-quarter bunk beds suitable for adults. The fifth bedroom, located upstairs, is furnished with an extra-length queen bed.

Each bathroom is fitted with a sleek walk-in shower and heated towel rails. Guests are provided with premium linen, bath and pool towels, quality cleaning supplies, hand soaps, creams, and laundry products. Electric blankets on the larger beds ensure added comfort during cooler months.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a stylish lounge with a 65-inch Smart TV and plush seating, along with a dedicated office nook and a fully equipped laundry area featuring a washer-dryer combo, iron, and laundry essentials.

The upper level is designed for effortless living and entertaining, accessible via the garage or main entrance. The open-plan kitchen, complete with sweeping sea views, includes a Smeg electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, kettle, built-in boiling water system, wine fridge, two fridge-freezers, and a Nespresso machine with complimentary starter capsules.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, cutlery, crockery, serving dishes, an oversized cheese board, glassware, and pantry staples such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, plus a welcoming bottle of wine.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the lounge offers panoramic ocean views, an 86-inch Smart TV with streaming services, Dolby Atmos surround sound, Apple home automation, and two spacious leather sofas. The dining area features a 14-seater table and a wood-fired pizza oven—perfect for memorable shared meals.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a generous wood-fired braai area equipped with utensils and a starter supply of wood, firelighters, and matches. A private swimming pool  provides the ideal spot to cool off on warm days.

The villa is fully wheelchair accessible, with lift access available on request. Parking is available for up to six vehicles, including a double automated garage. A solar inverter system ensures uninterrupted power, while unlimited high-speed fibre internet keeps you connected. An integrated Apple home automation system allows effortless control of lighting, entertainment, and more throughout your stay.
