Silver Bay Villa is a luxurious SAOTA designed villa on the east coast of Shelley Point Estate. The villa sits perched on a dune with spectacular views of St Helena and Stompneus Bay and its beaches. The upper level of the villa offers spacious, open plan living leading onto the sheltered courtyard with a heated (load-shedding permitting) swimming pool built in wood burning BBQ/braai. On the lower level (beach level), in addition to the bedrooms is a generous family room. The villa is warmed in winter months with a wood fire and underfloor heating. The villa is equipped with all modern appliances, as well as DStv and Wifi.
