Nordic Villa

Nordic Villa is a luxurious self-catering 4 bedroom (3 en-suite) beach house in Shelley Point Estate – a private estate on its own ‘peninsula’ with beautiful white beaches and a golf course. It is approximately a two hour drive from Cape Town, and a 15 minute drive from well-known “foodie town” Paternoster. Nordic Villa is located in the only North-facing bay on the West Coast and because of this is almost entirely sheltered from the wind.

Nordic Villa is a Scandinavian inspired minimalist, modern beach house. The villa offers 4 large sea facing bedrooms (3 King size beds & twins) – two are on the upper level with glass fold away doors that open up onto the balcony, and two of the bedrooms on the lower level with glass fold away doors that open up onto deck and sand dunes. There are 3 extravagant full en-suite bathrooms, but the 4^th bedroom needs to share one of these.

The open plan living space is all on the upper level – an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob; dining room table for 8 guests and living room. This entire space has spectacular unobstructed sea views. Off the living space is a separate living/TV room with large plasma TV and DVD.

On the lower level of the villa is an indoor heated swimming pool (heated during winter only load-shedding permitted) and steam room.

The villa offers DStv (satelite), wifi, and excellent security. Cleaning and linen changes are included for longer stays, please enquire as to the cleaning for your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
