Villa Blu is a newly completed, modern yet inviting family-owned beach house set on Shelley Point’s wind-sheltered North Bay.

Guests are welcomed through an open-air atrium that flows effortlessly into expansive, light-filled living areas—spaces designed to let you truly breathe. Ideal for families or groups who enjoy spending time together, the villa also offers thoughtfully designed breakout areas where you can retreat and savour the serenity of its oceanfront setting.

Villa Blu features four en-suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a separate pantry, an upstairs work or study area with its own kitchenette, a dedicated entertainment room for teens (or the grown ups) with a pool table and TV, and two sitting areas.

Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home frame uninterrupted views of the bay, grounding visitors in the beauty of the coastline.

Outdoors, there is a fabulous deck awaits with a built-in braai (BBQ), plunge pool, sun deck and relaxed lounging space—all just steps away from direct beach access.
