Escape to Villa Amara, a stunning 6-bedroom beach house nestled directly on the pristine white sands of Britannia Bay beach. Completed in 2022, this modern villa is the perfect oasis for a memorable family beach holiday. With a fully equipped kitchen featuring such things as a Nespresso machine, water filtration system, and a wine fridge with an honesty bar, as well as a delightful outdoor area to soak up the sun, Villa Amara invites you to make treasured memories with loved ones. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms – two bedrooms downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs (we share a detailed breakdown below). There is also a TV lounge on the first floor with books, games and puzzles for those lazy days or cooler ones in winter!

FIRST FLOOR
– 1 x King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and shower; direct outside access to a shared balcony with sea views; a safe in the cupboard.
– 1 x Queen bedroom with a shared family bathroom including a bath and shower; direct outside access to a shared balcony with sea views.
– 1 x Queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.
– 1 x Bedroom with bunk beds.

GROUND FLOOR 
– 1 x Queen bedroom with a shared bathroom including a bath and shower; direct access to the veranda and pool area with sea views.
– 1 x Queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.

OUTSIDE AREA:
Villa Amara’s outdoor area is designed to maximize your enjoyment of the stunning beachfront location. The highlights of the outside area include:
-Covered veranda with built-in braai (barbecue) and outdoor sofas.
– Solar-heated swimming pool with four sun loungers.
– Boardwalk leading directly onto the beach.
– Outdoor couches on the veranda offering 180-degree views over Britannia Bay.
– Built-in braai (barbecue) on the covered veranda.
– Heated salt-chlorinated swimming pool.
– Hot and cold outdoor shower.
– Direct beach access from a private boardwalk.
– Four outdoor loungers with a large umbrella.

LOADSHEDDING PROVISIONS:
To ensure uninterrupted power supply during load shedding, Villa Amara is equipped with a solar-powered battery backup system. This system powers lights, fridges, garage doors, remote gate, WiFi, and TV, providing convenience and comfort during power outages.

For short stays cleaning can be arranged for guest account, please chat with the villa on arrival. Please note there is no cleaning on public holidays or Sundays.

NOTEWORTHY MENTIONS: the swimming pool although heated by the sun is weather dependent due to the pool pump system not being on back up; Board games include 30 seconds Uno & Bingo for the kids (and adults); winter blankets in baskets to keep cosy; No smoking allowed inside the house, and sadly no pets are permitted; a gas rotisserie in the kitchen for the chicken lovers & additional freezer space in the garage; hairdryers in the bedrooms; Astro turf with the pool; 2 kayaks, 3 body boards for the adventurers;  a 3 car garage and behind gate parking for 2 addition vehicles.
