Shades Of Blue

Shades of Blue is a family beach house in secure beach estate Shelley Point that accommodates 6 guests between 3 bedrooms in the main house and a separate “cottage” annex, available on request.

The main house’ generous living space with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen opens up entirely onto the sea facing terrace. Step off the terrace and onto sand dunes with the sea metres away. The covered terrace caters to outdoor dining and sunbathing with 4 sun loungers. The living room offers a large indoor fire place for winters and Smart TV setup. The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed and also offers a separate scullery.

The back of the living area opens up onto a pretty and wind sheltered courtyard with a plunge pool and two sun loungers. Due to the clever design of the house the pool has wonderful sea views through the living space!

On the upper level of the beach house are 3 sea facing bedrooms; one master with full en-suite and two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. All bedrooms open up onto a generous balcony that offers beautiful views of North Bay and a perfect spot under the umbrella for morning tea.

Off the courtyard, a few steps from the main house and only separated by the swimming pool, is a separate “cottage” on two levels. The pool side level offers a living/TV space, as well as a kitchenette and bathroom, and a bedroom upstairs. This is available on request should as an example two families or teenage children not want to be on top of each other.

Shades of Blue offers all the essentials of a modern villa including Wifi and a smart TV. The property also has 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks and all stays include servicing twice per week.
