There are two comfy living areas and a simple, open-plan kitchen and dining space that makes hanging out together feel effortless.

You’ll have bikes, SUPs, and a kayak to enjoy, and you’re in a perfect spot for outdoor fun: just 2 minutes to Shark Bay Beach for kite surfing, 1 minute to the yacht club and Sandy Bay Beach, and only 3 minutes from the West Coast National Park.

Fishing, paddling, sailing, kiting, cycling, long walks—it’s all right on your doorstep. The area is safe for kids too, with a green-belt nature reserve in front and a friendly neighbourhood behind.
