Villa Oasis is a 4 bedroom all en-suite property set a stones throw from the beach front in the secure Shelley Point Estate. This newly built villa, set on two levels, offers all the comforts and indulgence of a well thought out luxurious property. In other words, no detail has been overlooked! The villa’s open plan living spaces and kitchen seamlessly flows onto the covered braai/BBQ terrace and swimming pool area. The heated swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, an enormous palm tree and day bed, is the perfect holiday setting.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances (everything and more you could possibly need) and a gas hob, as well as having a very generous separate scullery. There is indoor and outdoor dining for 8 guests and a generous living room with large Smart TV and wood burning fire place. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor (3 queen beds & 1 twin room or king bed). There is also a guest loo on the ground level.

The pool area is surrounded by lush landscaping, offering privacy and a serene atmosphere. The heated pool is perfect for year-round enjoyment, allowing guests to swim and relax no matter the season. A viewing deck on the second floor offers stunning sea views. Exit the house from the back gate and follow the pathway that leads directly onto the boardwalk . In less than 1 minute, you’ll be strolling along the boardwalk towards the beautiful beach.

During your stay at Villa Oasis, you can enjoy the convenience of a housekeeper who will freshen up the bedrooms and replace towels on a daily basis. In addition, the kitchen will be cleaned daily to ensure a comfortable and tidy living space for guests. The house is equipped with backup power, ensuring that you will never be affected by load shedding.
