The villa is on 3 levels with the living space and deck on the upper level, bedrooms on the middle level and entertainment room on the first floor. The open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room open up onto the deck with unobstructed views overlooking the lagoon and mountains. The deck has a built in BBQ, and table for outside dining. Off the living room and deck is a separate informal lounge/TV room. The entire living area offers incredible views, and the doors to the deck can be folded away creating one indoor/outdoor living space.

The main bedroom offers a King size bed, en-suite with bath and shower, and unobstructed views of the lagoon and reserve. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, en-suite with shower and views of the lagoon. The third bedroom offers a Queen size bed, en-suite with shower and partial lagoon views. The fourth bedroom offers two single beds or 1 King, en-suite with shower, and private patio.

The entertainment room has a bar (bar fridge and dishwasher), pool table, plasma TV and living room.

The villa offers Wifi and includes cleaning and linen changes for longer stays. Please enquire as to the cleaning for your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.

The villa has a fully integrated back up system for load shedding.
